Job Description

We are an international team of around 50 with 13 different nationalities, spread around the world in our different office locations: Barcelona, Altea, Montréal, Los Angeles and several other European countries for the team that works remotely.

We are looking for a passionate, business-oriented, fast decision making and natural leader to be our Product Owner and support our development teams. We expect you to share our values, be transparent and open to giving/receiving feedback in order to work better together as a team towards a common goal. You will have a proven track record of working in Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) and your capability to turn ideas into product-ready solutions.

Working closely with, and reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for a successful development of our web based products. This includes: defining each step in the product development, prioritising features, building prototypes, overlooking A/B tests with the support of an analyst, interfacing with stakeholders and driving the design and development of successful concepts by working with a cross-functional team.

You will be working closely with engineering, marketing, product, and business in a cohesive and dedicated team to hit aggressive sales targets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Defining Goals and KPIs for acquisition of new customers

  • Product owner for all top of funnel development and initiatives related to acquisition (ad optimisation, seo, landing page optimisation, join page conversion)

  • Involved in setting up, customising and managing analytics & A/B testing tools.

  • Constant analysis of analytics and product KPIs to identify opportunities for improvements or new features

  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Manage the full lifecycle of product developments (from concept to execution)

  • Manage, prioritise and communicate the product backlog to all stakeholders

  • Drive and motivate a team of developers from a UX perspective

  • Building a culture of Conversion Rate Optimisation within the business and sharing insights across the teams.

  • Working closely with dedicated CRO team (UX + Dev) to implement tests with high momentum.

  • Reviewing and optimising pricing structure of products.

  • Competitor research of our competitors online campaigns, landing pages and pricing

Requirements

  • 5 years+ working in an product owner, analytics, or data analysis role
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills ideally with an academic background in math, statistics, business or marketing.

  • Expert understanding of the online ad market and ecosystem

  • Ability to plan, direct and execute online marketing campaigns including email, display and video ads.

  • Have a great eye for design to ensure content is on brand and successfully converts

  • Good level in Google Analytics & Tag manager or similar enterprise level analytics package and extensive experience in configuring and customizing an analytics solution.

  • Extensive track record of using CRO to improve business KPIs and working with A/B testing software

  • Ability to both define high level analytics & testing strategies and carry out in depth technical data analysis.

  • Demonstrated track record of creative and structured approach to problem solving.

  • Experience of using data analysis techniques such as cohort analysis, unit economics, funnel analysis and customer segmentation.

  • Entrepreneur and innovative with a can-do attitude. Must be a self starter.

  • Sales driven and determined to reach aggressive objectives and targets.

  • Expert level in Excel, R or similar data analysis tool and must be able to carry out statistical analysis, data visualisation and custom reporting.

  • Experience of working closely with design teams to brainstorm UX and design solutions for A/B tests.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

  • Experience of working closely with digital marketing teams.
