ABOUT THE ROLE
As a product owner, you will work with a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. The successful candidate will discover, understand and conceptualise all the different fund processes that need to be automated on the product. We have an agile, quality-oriented development methodology with two-weeks sprints and continuous delivery, among many other best practices. You will work closely with the tech team as well as the users of fundcraft’s platform and work towards the milestones of our product roadmap.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in your owned products, working closely with the main stakeholders, the Engineers, and the rest of the Product Team
Interact with operations & business experts to do product discovery and identify the problems that have to be solved in the platform
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team
Work together with the Product Team and the stakeholders to define the roadmap
Plan and prioritize your product backlog following the principles of the Scrum agile framework
Ensure the Engineering Team knows and understands what are the priorities and articulate detailed user stories for them
Collaborate with the QA team in the definition of the User Acceptance Criteria
HOW YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
You know how to conceive, document and proactively build the product: creating detailed user cases, user stories, and requirements that clearly articulate the desired product functionality
Technically savvy: you know the ins and outs of all digital tools you use and you quickly understand any new tools you need to use
Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
English: fluent level (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Experience working with Jira
Ability to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
