About the role:

The Product Marketing Manager at PayRetailers will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product, marketing, and sales teams to drive awareness and adoption of our payment gateway solutions.
This role will be responsible for understanding technical product developments, translating them into compelling marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must come from the fintech, payments, or e-commerce industries, with extensive experience in payment gateways and digital transactions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to enhance awareness and adoption of PayRetailers' payment solutions in LATAM, Africa, and future European markets.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to understand technical developments and effectively communicate them to both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including campaigns, presentations, whitepapers, and sales collateral, to showcase product features and value propositions.
  • Act as a liaison between product teams and sales, ensuring that new developments align with market demands and customer needs.
  • Work with executives and P&L owners to define messaging and communication strategies while protecting the company’s intellectual property.
  • Organize and lead product training sessions for internal teams, ensuring that sales and marketing teams are fully equipped with up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of payment gateways, payment orchestration, and digital transactions to optimize marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Constantly use and develop AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in marketing execution.
  • Serve as a strong link between Marketing, IT, Product and Sales teams to continuously update:
    (a) Existing and future product capabilities
    (b) Market trends and analysis
    (c) Competitor benchmarks
    (d) Launching product campaigns

About you:

  • Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA) or specialization in Fintech, Payments, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Certifications in Product Marketing, Payments, or Financial Technology are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries (mandatory).
  • Deep understanding of payment gateway solutions, cross-border payments, and financial technology trends.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into clear, market-facing messaging and campaigns.
  • Experience working with merchants, particularly in e-gaming, forex, and sports betting verticals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across IT, Product, Sales, and C-Level teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer insights, and performance data.
