As a full-time Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee, plan and directly manage execution of marketing and content strategy of one of our products: Community. You will work across B2B, B2B2C and B2C spaces delivering strategies to engage and influence school and parent user personas, ensuring strong take up through the entire funnel.

Key tasks in this position include strategy definition to educate, acquire and engage target audience; content development; coordination and alignment with stakeholders in different teams and regions; leveraging success stories to develop brand awareness activities; definition, prioritisation and execution of the roadmap; coordinating tasks with our creative teams and reporting on community KPIs.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create and execute Marketing strategy for the Community product across entire funnel (B2B, B2B2C and B2C) that focuses on influencing and engaging with school user persona, and on educating, acquiring and nurturing our end customer - parent user persona;

  • Collaborate with B2B Sales and Customer Success stakeholders (US, Australia and UK), collecting feedback, understanding regional needs, creating actionable roadmap, that identifies and addresses optimisation opportunities;

  • Collaborate with B2B marketing teams to ensure B2B products portfolio is optimally differentiated with our community offer;

  • Plan and create content ensuring correct tone of voice to: i) enable Sales to convert new district customers to the community offering, ensuring high uptake over time; ii) support districts with communications to parents; iii) engage with parents maximizing Qustodio adoption and conversion to premium;

  • Manage annual calendar, identifying key events to coordinate B2B and B2B2C community marketing material;

  • Lead brand awareness of community, identifying opportunities, creating and leveraging success stories;

  • Monitor channel activity and KPI’s, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase impact;

  • Reporting of performance to management.


Job requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Spanish or other languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record as a highly competent and commercially results driven marketer, preferably in the K-12 / edtech space in the US.

  • Proven experience working with US and other English-speaking markets customer personas, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and market trends in these regions.

  • Ability to craft powerfully persuasive communications that resonate with diverse audiences and drive action.

  • Brings fresh, innovative thinking to community marketing efforts, continuously identifying new ways to engage, inspire, and grow our audience.

  • A strong and persuasive creative writer. Understands how to create compelling propositions, shorter form emails through to long form content such as papers and articles.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly energetic environment.

  • Possesses a strong strategic and analytical mindset, combining data-driven insights with creativity to achieve results. Operates autonomously, efficiently, and with a clear focus on outcomes.

  • Highly skilled in maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • A polished and confident presenter, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to effectively convey ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
