The position
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us build one of the best products to manage a marketplace that connects temporary workers with leading companies.
You will drive the impact of your product across the organization, leading the definition & iterations of the technology, but also aligning and leading the implementation of those new initiatives across departments.
You will be partnering directly with an engineering team, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders. So as to understand and build our platform to enable our clients to have long-term job stability sensation, continuously offering them job opportunities and improving their work experience.
Product Manager at Job&Talent works at the core of multi-disciplinary teams that operate with autonomy and initiative to build and improve our product, that have a demonstrable positive impact on our clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Define a product vision and roadmap which is aligned with the business' vision and goals.
- KPIs ownership, pushing “deep-dives” with the business analysts.
- Works closely with Engineering, Design and Data within your team and stakeholders across the organisation to set goals and develop strategies for reaching them.
- Be the main touchpoint for other stakeholders petitions for the product roadmap and follow up / communicate on delivery and progress, managing their expectations and aligning priorities.
A successful candidate will have
- A track record of working with engineering teams.
- Experience working operational problems (staffing, logistics, ...).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, understanding problems and looking for solutions out of the box.
- Know how to manage stakeholders and rationalize backlog prioritisation.
- A thirst for analysing key business metrics & qualitative feedback.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (inc. Scrum, Kanban, …).
- Fluency in English is a must.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL & Redshift querying knowledge.
- Experience in developing third party integrations.
