We’re looking for a Product Manager – Business Operations to join our team. We expect you to help us in the prioritised roadmapping for the development of various tooling and functionalities to support internal operational teams. In this role, you will improve existing tools and processes used in various departments, as well as identify new enhancements with stakeholders and working towards their delivery together with your team.. This includes responsibility for building and managing delivery plans, keeping main stakeholders close and informed, working closely with your Tech lead and your cross-functional team. You will be responsible for punctual collaboration with other company stakeholders like Marketing, Sales, Legal, Risk or other Tech teams. You'll also be responsible for identifying and documenting product and business requirements and taking them from concept to production.

Job requirements


What your job will entail… 🙂

  • Help create and develop the roadmap and delivery plan for business operations in the company.

  • Understand needs and problems of internal stakeholders and determine the right set of opportunities to develop.

  • Drive planning, design, and requirements documents for new tools, features and enhancements.

  • Delivery plan and its execution: own the backlog, prioritize, adapt to change, manage, and help to manage uncertainty. Coordinate resources, teams, stakeholders and missions to ensure the highest quality outcome-focused delivery.

  • Nurture and coach your team in agile and product practices and be part of its continuous improvement.

  • Define key metrics.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in product management roles within the software or online consumer industry.

  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues, leading a product team and launching new features and tools for internal business areas,

  • Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms.

  • Data-informed and outcome-focused mindset.

  • English proficiency.
