Your responsibilities :
As a Product Manager (B2B), you will be at the heart of shaping and growing papernest pro, our platform designed to empower professional partners in sectors like real estate and banking.
Your mission will be to create meaningful impact for our partners and their clients by driving discovery, building a clear product strategy, and executing it effectively.

What you’ll do:
Product strategy & discovery:
- Drive discovery efforts to uncover partner needs, user pain points, and business opportunities through research and stakeholder collaboration.
- Shape and refine the product vision and roadmap in partnership with the Head of B2B Product.
Roadmap execution:
- Take ownership of key initiatives within the B2B roadmap, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Define and prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by working closely with developers, product design, and business teams.
Stakeholder alignment & collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on your projects, ensuring alignement between stakeholders (e.g., SMB, Strategic Partnerships…)
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
Product performance monitoring:
- Track product performance, feature adoption, and test results through metrics and analytics, in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager.
- Use insights to validate hypotheses, make informed decisions, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Team growth:
- Contribute to building a strong product culture by sharing best practices and mentoring less experienced PMs.
Your profile :
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.
- A proven track record of leading successful product initiatives from discovery to launch
- Ownership mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful in driving initiatives forward
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
- Data-driven: comfortable using analytics tools to track KPIs and make informed decisions.
- Fimiliar with Jira, Notions..
- You are fluent in English and another language (French, Spanish & Italian) is a nice to have !
