About our Data Acquisition Team
In the Kiwi.com Data Acquisition team, we are responsible for sourcing the most accurate, complete and competitive content for our customers, enhancing their searching success. We orchestrate multiple services and data sources to ensure content quality and bookability. In short, our mission is to ensure our users find the flights they are looking for, at the best possible price.
What you will do
- You will lead and define long-term product vision, mission and strategy.
- You’ll define product performance metrics and support your team to reach these goals.
- You will identify and assess product and feature improvement opportunities.
- By creating, communicating and advocating for a product roadmap, you will be resolving dependencies and gaining buy-in from other teams.
- You will coordinate structured discovery sessions and collect insights and feedback from all relevant stakeholders.
- You will organise and prioritise delivery and work on the product.
- You will work closely with our Product Operations team to understand and resolve potential issues.
What you will need
- Strong previous experience as a Product Manager in the e-commerce or travel industry, ideally with a strong understanding of content sourcing and filtering.
- You are a role model with a demonstrated track record of developing and mentoring less senior peers within your domain.
- You can demonstrate success in building and implementing a 1-2 year product vision within a fast-paced tech environment.
- You have a proven track record of leading impactful cross-functional projects, including collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You can collaborate closely with software engineering teams, monitoring feature development and reviewing demos against acceptance criteria.
- As a strong problem solver, using data and insights, you can identify product gaps and opportunities, and bring valuable solutions to the overall roadmap.
- You have experience in translating customer needs into tangible product requirements (use cases, metric definitions etc).
- You present your ideas and write good quality product documentation, such as basic product vision or team strategy documents and detailed product requirements or RFC for a complex product.
