What's the opportunity ?
We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing strategy that tells a compelling story and engages our audience at every stage of their journey. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish. You'll be part of a global marketing team and report to the Marketing Director for EMEA but will work closely with the VP Sales (Europe) in Barcelona.
Here's how you'll do it:
Narrative Strategy and Thought Leadership: Craft and refine a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
Content Creation and Management: Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their journey. Leverage relevant content from our other regions.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, at every stage of the sales funnel, using data to make informed adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with our in house creative design and video production team to ensure high quality, on brand outputs and to align operations to our global marketing standards and frameworks.
Sales Development Support: Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement
