- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Science.
- Several years of experience in Business Process Management, Definition, and Improvement.
- Several years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives or processes.
- Thought leadership. Highly creative mind and ability to think outside the box both conceptually and pragmatically.
- English to at least a B2 level, as you will be communicating with our US colleagues.

Enterprise Architecture and Data Analytics (EADA) is a department reporting directly to the CIO. We provide guidance regarding the interdependencies of business, applications, data, and infrastructure planes during transformations and incremental changes, and we bring an end-to-end perspective to the table. We also manage internal Data Warehouses and BI, including the governance, quality, ingestion, and integration of data. We are organized in three practices: Design, Data Delivery & Warehouse, and Analytics, and our team are distributed in various countries, mostly within Europe.
We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Architecture, to lead our Design Practice. The role is to continuously assess and adjust the target and as-is states based on “total-cost-of-ownership” and “solution-fit-for-business” criteria under consideration of new technology opportunities and current and future business needs.
Our ambitious task is to guide ongoing and future initiatives in the company on a roadmap toward the optimum target state. Consider business processes, data assets, applications, and their integration, as well as our DWH infrastructure.
