Description

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team and coordinate the launch and management of AI products. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary product teams with sole focus on delivery of industry-leading AI products for the publishing vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for elaborating the vision and construct the roadmap for an AI products’ portfolio that will enable growth across several business verticals

  • You craft and lead cross-departmental initiatives related to our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework to ensure AI products’ portfolio utilization and impact across the business

  • You lead a team of experienced Product Managers and Product Owners

  • You work in close collaboration with, and support, advise the scrum team(s) to create a strong end product that meets business’s expectations

  • You lead the product discovery and features prioritization work utilizing industry standard prioritization frameworks and techniques

  • You will regularly deep dive into the data generated by your products’ portfolio to bring clarity into the processes used and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • You will be obsessed with customer satisfaction and strive to achieve excellent experiences in your products’ portfolio utility

  • You will work closely with our Data Science team to ensure that their cutting-edge algorithms are embedded in products’ releases

  • You will work with data and AI architects to ensure the most appropriate data structures and models are built and data and product quality is ensured

  • You will drive the customer and business stakeholder management to effect successful outcome of products’ launches, utilization and new releases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience in product or related roles, of which at least 5 years in product leadership roles with focus on AI and data products

  • Previous experience leading product managers and product owners

  • Prior experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, GCP)

  • Data awareness and fluency, ability to deep dive into raw datasets to find key information that will enable you to make decisions for your product

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes

  • In-depth understanding of factors influencing industry market conditions and trends

  • Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal are vital

  • Successful track record of developing products within budget, to resources’ plan and on time.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills and independent, entrepreneurial approach
