Responsibilities
Work with PMO Team to follow up with Company Executives on the different strategic plans and projects of the Company.
Attending Executive Progress report meetings, taking meeting minutes, chairing meetings.
Follow up on next steps and actions from previous sessions.
Problem solving by coordinating information and tasks from several departments, & by suggesting ideas and solutions.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information and making recommendations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or in the TMT sectors (Media will be highly valued).
MBA and previous experience in a top Consulting company firm will be an asset.
We are looking for a responsible, reliable and eager to learn candidate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly on challenging, complex, and difficult issues to develop solutions that address root causes.
Strategy-oriented and Business management office. Good math knowledge.
High-level of communication, interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships.
High knowledge of MS Office tools (specially Excel and Power Point) and project management skills.
