Job Description

As a Junior Product Owner, you’ll join our growing team to help execute the company's vision on the product side of our suite of solutions. We use innovative software to identify business opportunities and increase revenue for our clients (ski resorts, amusement parks, waterparks, zoos, museums, family & adventure parks, etc.).

Additionally, the Product team owns all aspects of our software development lifecycle. You will write detailed requirements for feature development, ensuring clarity and completeness for the development team. You will also analyze product performance reports and data visualizations for both internal and external users. As needed, you will complete tasks such as user story creation, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for performing market analyses, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, and clearly and concisely communicating your findings to project stakeholders and team leads.

This position involves occasional direct communication with clients, which requires expert communication and active listening skills. The Product team collaborates closely with all departments in the company to proactively enable every team to become more efficient and reduce manual time spent on their tasks.

Company values

    • Passion (V1): We want to be truly authentic in all that we do from the individual, to how we interact and how we work. This has the effect of a powerful, positive culture that helps create not only internal growth but projects our passion to our partners and the outside world.

    • Customer-centric(V3): Placing the customer at the center of everything you do is key for long-term success. This involves actively listening to customer feedback, understanding their needs and pain points, and continuously working to improve their experience with your product or service.

Innovating means changing the way we work - we may be nonconformist, but our products are trustworthy and reliable.
