Job Description

We're looking for a Growth Designer to help us on this mission and provide reliable service to more than 150K families that join us every week.

Lingokids mission is to help 100 million families around the world raise amazing children through playlearning™. To help us on this mission and provide reliable service to more than 150K families that join us every week, we're looking for a well-rounded Growth Product Designer that will be joining our HQ located in sunny Spain.

Are you ready to Playwork™ with us?

We are looking for someone excited to be a key contributor to the Growth team, focusing on converting new users into paid customers to our product. This role has a direct impact on the continuous scaling of our app to the families that trust us. You will be responsible for creating outstanding visual elements and delivering a WOW! experience to prospective customers in-app onboarding, email, app stores, and the web conversion flow.

You will be part of a cross-functional Growth team and tackle all aspects of the design process. In addition, you will be working as part of the UX team and collaborating closely with our in-house marketing creative services in preparing designs and creatives that communicate value and invite prospective customers to try the product and start the paid subscription.

Some of the most challenging and exciting things of this role are:

  • Manage end-to-end design delivery: ideation, experiential prototypes, and go-to-market products and features.
  • Create designs for multiple channels, mainly in-app screens and flows, landing pages, emails, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing managers on ideation and design briefings.
  • Work closely with CRO program managers and marketing copywriters, to deliver design-led innovation at scale and speed, utilizing available components in Sketch / Figma.
  • Receive and apply feedback on prototypes and create deliverables for final implementation.

Are you our Growth Designer?

The ideal teammate for us would have strong experience moving from ideas to action and delivering the top-performing conversion design. In this role, you need to apply contextual thinking in order to deliver the best design at each stage of the buyer journey at multiple channels (app, web, email, app store). We would love to know you if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or a related subject - or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • A portfolio showcasing some of your work
  • At least 1-year working experience in CRO / Performance teams, ad agencies or similar
  • Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team including product managers, copywriters, UX researchers, marketing managers, developers, and data scientists.
  • Experience with Adobe suite, Sketch/Figma and some knowledge of HTML
  • Understanding of the basics of marketing communication
  • Working knowledge of best practices for web and mobile-based content, tools, and practices.
  • Are curious and playful, you are not afraid of tough challenges and confident enough to share your views.
  • Are polite when reviewing other people's work and take it well when you get feedback on yours, like we are!

On your application, we’d like to see a link to your portfolio or any other work you’d like us to see. Further details about the application process will be discussed in your initial call.

If you think you don't tick all the boxes, we'd still love to hear from you. Nobody checks every box, and we are looking for someone excited to join the team.
