Eurovision Services is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer based in Madrid, Spain.

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and
maintaining our IT infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the
stability, security, and scalability of our systems while leveraging your expertise in a
variety of technologies, including PKI, Azure AD, Azure SSO/SCIM, AIP, Azure Onpremises,
Azure Automation, WSUS, storage, virtualization, VMWare VDI, Windows
Servers Administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

In this role as IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible of:

• Maintain and optimize our Active Directory infrastructure.
• Leverage Azure services to enhance our infrastructure's scalability and efficiency.
• Desig and implement cloud-based solutions: This involves architecting and planning the
deployment of applications, infrastructure, and services on the Azure platform.
• Manage Azure Active Directory for user authentication and authorization.
• Implement cloud-specific security policies, standards, and procedures e.g., Azure tenant
management and configuration, identify management and access control, auditing and
monitoring, security incident and event management, user and administrator account
management, SSO, conditional access controls and password/key management.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and System for Cross-domain Identity
Management (SCIM) in Azure.
• Ensure data protection through Azure Information Protection policies and configurations.
• Create and maintain Azure Automation scripts and runbooks for efficient operations.
• Experience with servers/workstations installations, building, and configuration. Perform
Windows Server administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows updates and patches using WSUS for a secure and up-to-date
infrastructure.
• Design and manage storage solutions to meet performance and capacity requirements.
• Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Proxmox.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management tasks.
• Implementing backup and recovery strategies for on-premise (Veeam) and Azure-based
applications and data, ensuring business continuity in the event of failures or disasters.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate must have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory Management, Azure, Azure AD, Azure SSO/SCIM, AIP,
and Azure Automation.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, WSUS, Storage Solutions, Virtualization
(VMware and Proxmox), and PowerShell Scripting.
• One of the following certifications is preferred:
• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
or similar degree (Master or Bachelor).

ADDED VALUE

Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:
• Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international
teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland).
• Some experience working on broadcasting live sports events.
• French language knowledge.
