The Challenge đź§©

This is a key role, blending on-site and remote expertise. From streamlining OnBoarding to being the cornerstone of tech and business queries, you'll bridge crucial gaps. You will ensure hardware runs smoothly, procedures stay solid, and users are satisfied!

 

What You Will Do 👇

  • Perform all IT Helpdesk Support on-site and remote technical assistance tasks.
  • Act as the front line for OnBoardings and OffBoardings processes.
  • Control and understand business and technology guidelines and best practices, collaborating and mentoring the IT Department and all users.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all corporate hardware and devices.
  • Track and maintain documented IT procedures.
  • Continuously collect end-user feedback to further improve systems, processes, and the Helpdesk Assistant.

 

What We’re Looking For đź”Ž

  • Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role (Minimum 3 yr).
  • Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, MacOS, Windows & Linux Support, and Hardware Multiplatform Support.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent aptitude.
  • Strong people skills, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.

 

What Would Be A Plus 🚀

  • Knowledge of Access Control Centralized systems.
  • Familiarity with MDM Systems.
  • Experience in handling Audiovisual equipment.
  • Understanding of DNS, networking, and load balancing.
