To continue this growth, the IT team is looking for an IT Engineering Intern to provide technical support across our team, as well as work on IT related projects.
This is a part-time internship (4 hours/day) with a 6-month duration. The position is open to remote, but the candidate needs to be based in Madrid to attend the office one or two days per week.

You will

    • Track and manage issues proactively, providing a stable, secure, helpful IT backbone for our company.
    • Manage access and permissions within our internal tools, clouds, etc.
    • Maintain our local network and telephone infrastructure.
    • Develop IT projects, for our Madrid and Sevilla offices.
    • Provide onsite/remote tech-support to other team members in their use of hardware, software, and shared resources.
    • Maintain and provide support for audiovisual management (as sound equipment, microphones, cameras) during team meetings and events.
    • Complete necessary tasks derived for user’s onboarding and offboarding.
    • Escalate technical issues when necessary.
    • Create recurrent automation tasks and improve any manual processes, taking advantage of defining infrastructure as a code.

You offer

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degreeor FP in computer science or related
    • Good communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
    • A ‘can do’ attitude.
    • You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and learning new technologies.
    • You are organized and you know how to prioritize.
    • The possibility to sign an agreement (convenio) with your educational institution.

You will learn

    • Google Suite, administration, including email server and security.
    • Cloud technologies.
    • Operating systems: Linux and MacOS.
    • Scripting languages (such as python, bash..).
    • Infrastructure as a code (terraform)
