  • Work collaboratively with the Community and Player Care teams to monitor player feedback and sentiment, using insights to adjust economic strategies promptly.

  • Partner with the Marketing, Social, and Growth teams to devise and implement promotional strategies that effectively incentivize new player onboarding and re-engage lapsed players.

  • Analyze in-depth data from live game operations to continually refine and enhance the economic model, ensuring sustainability and growth.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of economy product managers, fostering innovation and a deep understanding of mobile gaming economics and player behavior.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 7 years of experience in economic strategy and monetization in the mobile gaming industry, with significant expertise in managing live game economies.

  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
