The Position
(Digital Marketing Manager)
 
You are a multi-disciplinary marketer who moves fluidly through the complexities of a B2B marketing and communications stack. You are a confident and effective communicator and facilitator with colleagues and clients and comfortable debating strategy. You love spearheading client relationships, making strategic decisions, and championing good ideas, no matter their origins.
 
In this highly visible role, you will help build and manage Paid Search/SEM, SEO, ABM, and digital campaigns – providing insights, optimization, and reporting. You should be data-driven to succeed and know how to continuously optimize digital campaigns based on results with initiative, creativity, drive, and the desire to learn within a growing digital technology environment continually.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:
-Create and drive overall user acquisition and retention strategies for Aizon, including marketing programs, campaigns, and launches, to drive engagement and loyalty.
-Coordinate digital campaign budget allocation across paid channels to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics and budgets, delivering progress and insight report regularly to the greater marketing and sales teams.
-Drive marketing automation and orchestration, building more refined and targeted email programs.
-Report, analyze, forecast, and track digital campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Monitor, research, and fine-tune campaigns to maximize conversion and lead quality.
-Develop and create new strategies to improve customer experiences via A/B testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and other appropriate methods.
-Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy, including defining KPIs, owning the editorial calendar, managing content and schedule, and measurements.
-Manage marketing automation system, tests and analyzes workflow, lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring, and identify tactics for improvement.
-Drive account-based marketing strategies and personalize advertising and video engagement based on the sales and alliance team’s account strategies, including managing ABM and video platforms.
-Stay informed and current on B2B Demand generation trends, advances, changes to the competitive landscape, and keyword research.
-Provide ongoing data and insights on campaign performance utilizing Aizon’s CRM, automation, and ABM platforms.
 
What do you need:
Must- have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience
5+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B digital demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in the software industry
High level of English proficiency
Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, & Terminus)
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition
Expertise in online marketing & paid advertising principles.
Expert in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for landing pages, display advertising, and email marketing/marketing automation
 
Bonus points
Good understanding of the healthcare and pharma industries
Strong technical background with an understanding of the basics.
