To drive insights and innovation across our digital environment and products, we are looking for a Digital Analyst to be responsible for implementing measurement strategies in our digital products, analyzing the funnel, and suggesting appropriate changes in order to improve the customer experience to drive profitable sales.



Key responsibilities

  • Lead our digital measurement strategy in all product areas and marketing funnel to track their performance and user behavior.
  • Define the digital analytics strategy for all of our digital products and websites.
  • Manage Google Analytics and other data sources to provide insights and improve performance.
  • Be responsible for our marketing campaigns tag implementations through Google Tag Manager.
  • Be in charge and coordinate our digital analytics agency to carry on complex measurement projects and make sure they deliver a high-quality service.
  • Work with other teams to make sure the digital strategy meets all the business requirements (product, paid ads, storeā€¦).
  • Monitor that all tools are working properly and solve any incidents that may arise to ensure the maintenance of the measurement structure.
  • Customize our digital strategy by aligning the changes done in our digital environments or products to our measurement structure.
  • Identify, propose and implement new measurement strategies or tools that can provide value to our current digital strategy.
  • Actively participate in identifying and developing growth strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of an effective online marketing plan together with the campaigns team.



Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in web analytics or product analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics and its implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge in tracking and Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience in implementing a full digital measurement strategy, including session data, events, and enhanced ecommerce.
  • Proven experience in a performance marketing position, ideally within e-commerce B2B.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel optimization and how online marketing works (KPIs, different channelsā€¦).
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify insights and trends.
  • Fluent in Spanish, and ability to communicate and write in English is a must.



Nice to have

  • Experience implementing Google Analytics 4.
  • Knowledge of other A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, etc.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is highly appreciated.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of coding and BI tools analysis knowledge will be a plus.
