Backed by over $220 million of investment since 2015, we create technology that fuels accessible, transparent and collaborative communication to empower our base of 14,000+ customers (and growing) to make authentic, human connections.

Conversation is a cornerstone of our culture. Wherever our people find themselves in the Aircall world – Paris, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin, Tel Aviv, or at home – everyone has a voice that is valued.

Whatever your background, wherever you’re from – we want you to join the conversation. Let’s talk.

As an Engineering Manager, you will join and lead the Data Platform & Analytics team, a team of passionate and talented Data Engineers being part of a wider Engineering team. Your team is responsible for the full stack from data ingestion to visualization with data pipelines, data platform, dashboards, orchestration and a fair bit of team spirit.

You will define and implement the direction of Aircall’s data platform & analytics working with architecture & other engineering teams as we aim to empower every customer to drive their decision using data. You will build customer-serving functionalities using state of the art AWS technologies while maintaining a robust and efficient architecture.
Quality, excellence, autonomy and agility motivate us and you should feel the same.

Your mission @ Aircall
Collaborate with Product to determine the product & tech roadmap and priorities for your team
Lead the timely and efficient delivery of multiple large-scale projects by your team
Manage your team (rituals, career path, recruitment) and mentor Senior team members
Accountable for the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery
Interact with other stakeholders (other Engineering Teams, Data Science, QA, Product, Program Management, etc.) to collectively succeed
You'll work with others to shape how Aircall’s engineering organization and data ecosystem work — you'll help develop our technical practices, recruiting and onboarding strategy, planning and prioritization process, and more.

A little more about you
A proven track record of 5+ years in leading engineering teams to deliver exceptional user and business value
Demonstrated ability in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining data-focused projects and products
Proved experience in designing workable cloud data architectures (preferably with AWS) in an environment with large-scale microservices-based, event-driven architecture
Good communication and solid people management skills
