You will:
- Manage all users in our tools like Snowflake, Databricks and Tableau (creating and removing users, assigning proper permissions)
- Ensure that our data warehouse models have the proper tagging for security, criticality, ownership and privacy issues
- Add new data sources to our data warehouse either via Fivetran/Airbyte or Google Sheets and document them
- Monitor our platform costs on a weekly basis to detect unexpected issues and propose optimizations
- Review all incoming requests coming through our Service Desk portal and do a first triage to refine them and forward them to the appropriate team member
- Review all runtime and test errors and do a first triage to identify the root cause and solve it or forward to the appropriate team member
