What is our proposal?
This role will be within the Data Insights Team for the Product Department. Data Insights Team is the main responsible of making data essential in key decision making across Exoticca. As our new data analyst you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help to develop and maintain dashboards, perform ad-hoc analysis based on Product Department needs and provide actionable insights based on data.
- This position serves as an expert in product portfolio data, reporting, analysis, and modeling.
- Manage multiple data sources and identify process improvements in how the data is tracked and reported.
- Work together with our team and Data team to ensure that a relevant data structure is maintained.
- Collaborate directly with the Product team and also with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and identify opportunities for new or enhancing existing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, with heavy focus on product performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI tools.
- A good understanding of how the ecosystem of a product department works and the main KPIs it manages.
- Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Extremely detail oriented and proactive.
- Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
