Job Description

As a CRM Manager at Aristocrat, you will be central to delivering live campaigns that excel in driving revenue. You will also improve player engagement and retention. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Principal GameOps Manager and Events and LFC Stream Leads to support and deliver live campaigns.

  • Improve monetization, engagement, and retention metrics through innovative strategies.

  • Develop and optimize our marketing toolkit and roadmap.

  • Work with Product, QA Managers, VIP Managers, CS Agents, Artists, UA Managers, and other central teams to ensure successful campaigns.

  • Drive short to medium-term game performance through established practices and activities.

  • Complete and optimize LiveOps with build input.

  • Implement in-app engagement events, sales, special offers, and lifecycle flows.

  • Manage content and feature marketing, out-of-app communications, and new content promotions.

  • Coordinate community pages and retention campaigns.

  • Lead research initiatives to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Data-focused approach with the ability to identify trends and achieve results supported by data.

  • Strong CRM management skills for coordinating the complete delivery cycle.

  • Expertise in segmentation, AB tests, analysis, and processes to improve planning and calendar use.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Experience working with data scientists and analysts to produce high-quality reports and real-time monitoring dashboards.

  • Extensive experience in managing marketing campaigns/LiveOps, preferably in F2P and Social Casino games.

  • Proven track record in personalization, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Great teammate with the ability to build positive relationships and influence collaborators.

  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Product Development, Marketing, or Information Technology is preferred, but we value relevant transferable skills and experience.
