Job Description

Are you passionate about driving customer engagement and retention through innovative marketing strategies? At Aristocrat, we are seeking an exceptionally dedicated and ambitious CRM Manager to join our world-class team. You will be an integral part of our GameOps structure, leading a variety of live campaigns to improve key monetization, engagement, and retention metrics for our players. As a CRM Manager, you will:

  • Lead the execution and optimization of LiveOps campaigns, collaborating with the Principal GameOps Manager to maintain an effective campaign calendar and marketing roadmap.

  • Develop and implement in-app engagement events, sales, and special offers that drive monetization and retention.

  • Optimize lifecycle flows to improve user experience and engagement.

  • Manage content and feature marketing, including new content promotions and community pages.

  • Complete out-of-app communications, such as push notifications and emails, to maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Analyze user patterns and motivators to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for engagement and retention.

Skills and Requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience in LiveOps management within a relevant industry; experience in F2P and mobile games is preferred but not essential.
  • A background in mobile and Facebook games is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Experience running AB (split) tests to determine the efficiency of various strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics in F2P and social casino games.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between different teams in various locations.
  • Experience in implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
