The selected person will be in charge of:

- Leading and coordinating internal teams to create extraordinary diagnostic programs that leave a lasting impression.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while addressing any challenges that arise.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Managing all logistics and operational aspects of events, including hands-on tasks when necessary.
- Finding ways to delight our customers in between projects, keeping them engaged and satisfied.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to current customers, enhancing their experience and driving additional value.

The person who joins the company must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Background in the medical field (nursing, pharmacy, etc.) with experience in planning and executing health campaigns is highly valued.
- Spanish native and English at a professional level (oral, written, and read).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a perfectionist attitude.
- Willingness to travel across Spain.
- Empathy and a client-centric approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proactive mindset, able to find solutions independently and work autonomously
