DatePlay (www.dateplay.com) the
new mobile dating app which was presented by Vana on The Apprentice,
gamifies the dating experience, is looking for a Backend developer to
provide support on the development of the current product (MVP – Beta);
the product’s launch, and future product development.
We are ambitious and want someone driven and passionate to join the team.
We’re looking to hire a talented Junior Back end Developer to join
our Tech team. The Tech team builds and maintains the DatePlay app.
You’ll be joining a team with a focus on writing good quality code. Knowledge of JAVA is a must.
You will need the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, be
extremely reliable when working on a broad range of tasks and work
independently. In return, you will work with a passionate and vibrant
team that is working hard on transforming the world through matching!
Responsibilities:
Write high quality back-end code to support platform features
Write tests for all code you produce
Refactor existing codebase
Review other developers code
Work within an agile environment with the developer team
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Commercial back-end development experience
Strong Java code
Interest in and experience working with agile development
Desired:
Interest in front-end as well as back-end development
Keen interest in innovation in B2C apps.
