We are looking for a Senior Azure Administrator to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT), and guarantee the best experience for our employees while guaranteing the business continuity.

Job Duties And responsibilities:

L1 Support:

  • Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment. 
  • Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures. 
  • User management in the different corporate tools.

L2 Administration:

  • Administration of the company's software and hardware. 
  • Administration of company's relevant tools and platforms: Entra ID, Azure and Jira.
  • Administration of Azure environment (including InTune).
  • Execution of tasks documented by the IT Security department. 

 

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools. 
  • User administration skills. 
  • +5 years of experience as administrator of Entra ID: set the rules, make policies, configure parameters, manage the permissions, create and manage groups.
  • +5 years of experience as Azure administrator (including InTune), including the configuration of the environment following the internal policies.
  • Solid experience as Jira administrator (flows, permissions...)
  • Organization and proactivity.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English at a C1 level or higher
