Your Responsibilities:
• Develop automation of our processes and enable self-service capabilities
• Support Integrating order & lifecycle processes into ServiceNow platform
• Identify and implement optimization potentials in our processes and toolings and propose possible solutions
• Keep tool, software and library versions up to date
• Implementation & improvement of CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment
• Design and establish test automation concepts
Technical skills:
• Terraform as foundation of IaC
• AWS knowledge (Organizations, SCP, Identity and Access Management)
• Proficient in automation, test-first, and continuous delivery
• Git “Native” and understanding of modern branching strategies
• Experience in software engineering with Python, Powershell, Shell
• Experience in developing and testing software with the help of CI/CDs pipeline and/or using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience in Agile development is preferred
• Experience with Markdown, APIs , ...
• Experience in Open ID Connect would be desirable
