BackMarket is looking for Engineering Leaders who will help drive our development team. The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching of people, cultivating a collaborative team, leading delivery, production operations, and continuous improvement.
You will be working in an agile "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, launch, monitor and support the product they own.
The Browsing team is one of the teams working on the website and mobile app for clients. The scope of the Browsing team focuses on creating new amazing features for the website and mobile app navigation, product listing pages, and product pages, in order to provide users with the best possible browsing experience to help them find the right product. The team also deals with several technical challenges: monitoring and improving the performance and response time of our API, and transforming our monolith into a service-oriented architecture.
